We now offer KickerStarter Training, which is a great addition to more standard Agile or Scrum training. Our training teaches Lean/Agile principles and adds proven team performance techniques so that students can hit the ground running and maximize their performance.
There are many resources available on the internet for self-learning Agile best-practices. This is a great way to start or to keep your skills sharp, in addition to the many formalized training options. Below are some online resources and book recommendations for continued Agile learning.
In addition, we strongly recommend you read our eBook, “Value-Driven Agile: The High Performance Playbook”, available for download. The paper will give an overview of Lean/Agile values and principles, and a practical approach with real-life examples of what works in practice.
